In the spring of 2024, I collaborated with the London-based startup Easylist.
The project involved two apps: a mobile app for property scanning and a web app for property management. I worked with designer Kaycee on the mobile app's UX and collaborated with the CEO, CTO, and developers, completing the UX design in three months.

Background story
In the spring of 2024, I collaborated as a UX/ Product designer with Easylist.
The project involved two apps: a mobile application for property scanning and a website dashboard for property management. I mainly worked on the mobile app's redesign and collaborated with the CEO, CTO, and developers, completing the UX design in three months.
Design Problem
When I joined Easylist, I first critiqued the existing product and reviewed the steps where users struggled. The issues included a confusing user flow, difficulty for new users, and design does not show the advantages and convenience of AI technology.
Tackling the Problem
After analysis, we found that the product lacked a comprehensive onboarding process, and user flow was difficult for users to navigate.
To better address those design problems, establishing the project's scope is crucial in specifying goals, outcomes, schedules, and required resources.

After we did a Competitor analysis, gained a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, and identified key insights of design.
In this project, we simplify the user flow. New users can select the role to create a property based on the template and upload pictures of items. AI tech will automatically fill in the content, the user can complete the inspection, and finally sync data to the dashboard.
