What is UFT Digital Lab
Our enterprise-level solution is a complete, centralized lab of real mobile devices and emulators. Remote access allows developers and testers to develop, debug, test, monitor, and optimize mobile apps and websites on any platform from anywhere in the world.
Cloud browsers enable you to increase test coverage and test on a variety of browsers and versions concurrently without having to maintain machines with browsers.
Allow customers to run Selenium tests on cloud browsers.
The aim is to extend the functionality of UFTM to provide professional services to our customers.

Align with stakeholder
When we align with stakeholders, there are a few elements that should be noticed. First, we need to achieve the product goal: Extension of our platform to be a multi-functional platform, we not only support online tests of phone devices, we also can support browsers.

Design Challenges:
1. User cognitive load increases
The introduction of new features increases the burden of understanding for first-time users and requires a design-side effort to better guide them through the process.
The conflict between the business and the user experience
The new features proposed by the business perspective, missing many scenarios.
Information Architecture&User Flows
For business considerations, we not only added a new feature - selenium to generate script,
but we also added a Browser lab to emphasize the importance of the UFTM platform.
Final Design
At this stage, I output high-fidelity prototypes. The Browser Lab has Two tabs, Browsers and Generate script.
Design System
Our product is complex and functional, So we took the high-frequency elements to form a design system for enterprise products - Everything UX.com
Takeaways
Challenge
Complete an new main function from 0-1 was a bit of challenge for me. Due to the tight schedule, I need to coordinate the resources of all parties to help me complete the preliminary research work.
At the same time, I also need to understand the business goal in a very short period of time and come up with an effective and reliable UX solution.
Learnings
Time constraint taught me to work in a certain amount of time by taking my self-made deadlines seriously. Because the real business is always complex and changeable, I need to think more comprehensively and give the most suitable solution.

Collecting more and more feedback, exploring user case, and brainstorming ideas of different users' usage flow to refine the experience process.
