Project Overview

WOW Design Company is a new Nordic home brand. In recent years, it is actively seeking its own unique positioning, hoping to achieve long-term and effective growth of brand revenue through clear user value positioning and clear brand differentiation advantages.

Project Process

The essence of design is to solve problems, combine work practice and theory, establish goal-oriented design thinking, and apply it to the actual demand docking.

Discover Phase

Conduct 20+ in-depth interviews with stakeholders and users across three regions: Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Cover three major dimensions of furniture consumption: concept, user scenarios, and shopping experience.

Challenges and Opportunities

To better meet the brand's business goals and improve the user experience, we conducted a series of workshops with high-level managers within the product. We conveyed user feedback to the maximum extent possible and jointly considered how to better integrate business goals with user expectations.

Design Implementation (Store Experience)

WOW DESIGN highly valued our strategy, and within a year, the strategy was successfully implemented and received positive feedback from users and the market.


Achievements:

  1. Host K11 pop-up store, enhancing display aesthetics and increasing brand recognition, attracting users, and improving brand engagement rates.

  1. Hold a series activity to increase interaction with users and attract them to the offline store.

  1. Perfect realization of scene BOX strategy, to give users inspiration for matching.
